CARIBOU – Matt Arsenault fired in a game-high 30 points as the undefeated Old Town Indians rolled past the Caribou Vikings 81-63 in Class A schoolboy basketball here Saturday.

For the 14-0 Indians, Scott Springer added 25 points while John L’Heureux netted 18 points and hauled down 12 points.

Jason Belanger led the 11-3 Vikings with 25 points. Ron McAtee was also in double figures with 16 points.

At Hampden, Robbie Wasson led all scorers with 27 points as the Presque Isle Wildcats downed the Hampden Academy Broncos.

Craig MacFarline was also in double figures for the 8-6 Wildcats with 15 points.

Craig McBean led 6-7 Hampden with 13 points while Mark Stillman added 11.

Friday night at Howland, Andy Towers scored 10 of his 14 points in the fourth quarter as the Katahdin Cougars rallied to defeated the Penobscot Valley Howlers.

Randy Cyr led the 9-7 Cougars with 17 points while Garth McNally added 10 points.

Brian Alley was high scorer for 6-12 PVHS with 12 points. Shon Gilman and Bart Smith each tossed in 10 points.
