WATERVILLE – Laura Iorio’s hat trick and one assist paced the Colby College Mules to a 6-1 women’s ice hockey victory over Bowdoin College of Brunswick here Wednesday.

For the 7-9 Colby Mules, Heather Hamilton had two goals and two assists. Jenny Alfond had a goal and two assists. Shawn Gager saved 26 of 27 shots.

Katie Allen scored on a Carol Thomas assist for 6-5 Bowdoin. Erin Miller had 38 saves on 44 shots.
