Outlook: Maine is riding a five-game winning streak. The Black Bears are still having problems putting together 40 minutes of solid basketball, however. In first meeting, BU hung close until Maine pulled away at the end. Two key players, both with broken hands, will out of action for this one: Maine’s Seana Dionne and BU’s Andrea Higgins. The loss of Higgins is severe for the Terriers.

HUSSON vs. EMMANUEL

Outlook: Division III Emmanuel has won eight in a row, including wins over St. Joseph’s (by five) and U-New England (by 19). The Saints did lose to Southern Maine (by two) earlier in the season. This is the last regular-season contest for Husson, which will be looking to build on its two-game win streak, heading into the NAIA District 5 playoffs. Kraunelis has been limited lately with a finger injury. She will play Saturday. Both teams like to run, so expect a high-scoring game. Husson’s Michelle Hamlin (hip injury) will not play.
