MILO — Spouses, children and grandchildren of the Milo-Brownville Kiwanis Club of Three Rivers held their first Family Day Sunday at Milo Elementary School. Nearly 50 adults and children participated in a cookout and family games.

Chief cook was Betty Friend, owner of the Carousel Bed and Breakfast. Arrangements for the day were made by Stephanie Salley, Christine Beres and Pamela London.

After two hours of nearly steady volleyball, Mark Robinson, club president, said, “There should be a lot of people who get a good night’s sleep tonight.”
