ROCKLAND — The following small-claims cases were heard last week in 6th District Court:

Maritime Energy, Rockland, vs. Mark Rossiter, Rockland. Judgment for plaintiff, by default, $419.14 plus $35 costs.

Kalloch Fuel Service of Rockland was awarded separate judgments against the following: Ann Amborn, Rockland, by default, $194.25 plus $35 costs; MonaLisa Cardilli, Warren, by default, $158.91 plus $35 costs; Florence Lindsey, Rockland, by default, $57.98 plus $35 costs.

Eastern Tire Service of Rockland was awarded separate judgments against the following: Dennis Zeoli, Brocton, Mass., by default, $125.26 plus $42.02 costs; Oram Lawry, doing business as Big “O” Oil, Rockland, by default, $353.81 plus $35 costs.

Down East Diversified, Rockland, vs. Travis L. Conway, Rockland. Case dismissed without prejudice.

Beach Products, care of Barry Faber, Rockland vs. David Robichaud, doing business as 51 Bayview, Camden. Judgment for plaintiff, by default, $648.15 plus $40.22 costs.

M.W. Sewall & Co., Bath, vs. Karl Ketcheson, South Thomaston. Judgment for plaintiff, by default, $121.34 plus $81.53 costs.
