DAN VAILLANCOURT has been chosen as general manager of Daigle Oil Co. in Fort Kent. Vaillancourt received a degree in agricultural business rom the University of Maine, and he studied at the Wharton School of Business and the University of Mighigan. Prior to joining Daigle Oil in 1985, Vaillancourt worked for nine years at Esco Potato Co. He lives in Fort Kent with his wife, Rollande, and their two children.
KEN PENDLETON has been named accounting/reimbursment manager for St. Joseph Healthcare Foundation. Pendleton will oversee business operations for the foundation and its affliates, including St. Joseph Hospital. Previously, he was director of materials and services at Blue Hill Hospital.
St. Joseph Hospital has appointed DON CHAUNCEY as director of materials management. Before joining the Bangor Hospital, Chauncey was materials manager at Mid Coast Hospital in Brunswick. He also served 22 years in the U.S. Navy as an aviation supply and logistics specialist.
TIMOTHY L. HEALY has joined First National Bank of Bar Harbor as senior vice president of finance. A native of Eastport, Healy formerly was senior vice president and treasurer of Fleet Bank of Maine. A graduated of St. Michael’s College, he will live in Bar Harbor with his wife, Cathy and their two daughters.
ROBERT WILSON has been named senior vice president in charge of residential mortgage lending at First National Bank of Bar Harbor. Wilson holds a master’s degree in business administration from Indiana University. He was previously a vice president at Union Trust Co. in Ellsowrth Wilson lives in Surry with his wife, Lyn and two daughters.
First National Bank of Bar Harbor has promoted KENNETH SMITH to manager of its Southwest Harbor branch. Smith previously served as consumer loan officer. A graduate of MDI High School, he lives in Bar Harbor with his wife, Stacie, and their daughter.
