OLD TOWN – Aaron Knowles singled twice and doubled to help lead host Old Town-Orono to a 5-2 victory over Bangor in American Legion baseball action here Friday.

Mark Thibodeau (2-0) pitched five innings to get the win. Ron Coombs and Marc Halsted each singled twice and drove in a run for the 5-1 Twins.

For 5-4 Bangor, Roy Peary singled twice and had an RBI. Robbie Estey doubled in a run.
