Hampden ties Herz Logging
HAMPDEN – Ian Henderson’s penalty kick late in the first half tied the game for Hampden as Hampden and Herz Logging battled to a 1-1 tie here Friday in Central Maine Summer Soccer League high school division action. For 2-4-2 Herz, Jerry Soares scored on a Stacy Glidden assist. Hampden is 0-6-1 on the season.
Donnell’s downs Ellsworth
ELLSWORTH – Steve Perry scored four goals to lead Donnell’s of Ellsworth to a 5-3 win over Rockets of East Sullivan here Friday in CMSSL high school division soccer action. For 4-3 Donnell’s, Scott Herrick scored a goal and David Thomas added two assists. For 3-4 Rockets, Travis Trails, Travis Mercier, and Sheldon Young each scored a goal.
