THOMASTON — Baseball players who played for the St. George Torpedoes and the Thomaston Clippers in the old Knox Twilight League will gather at the Thomaston Baseball Field at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 18, and do battle again.
Proceeds from the concession stand with hamburgers and hot dogs, and T-shirts and baseball caps to commemorate these over-the-hill ball players will benefit the Thomaston Fire Department.
Anyone with questions may call the Thomaston Fire Department, Bob Watts, Bob Faustini or Doug Miller.
In case of rain, the game will be held at 11 a.m. Sunday, July 19.
