Maine Event Biathlon slated

GRAY – The third annual Maine Event Biathlon will be held here Aug. 9. The race will start at 8 a.m. at the Gray Plaza off route 26. The Maine Event, part of the New England Biathlon Series, features a 3.4-mile run and a 17.4-mile bicycle race. Relay team and mountain bike divisions will also be offered.
