ROCKLAND

The following cases were processed Wednesday, Aug. 5, in 6th District Court:

Jennie E. Hamilton, no age given, Vinalhaven, assault, $100.

Justin H. Long, 21, St. George, operating motor vehicle while under influence of intoxicating liquor, $500, license suspended 90 days.

Foy Hildings, 24, Vinalhaven, assault, 30 days in jail, to run concurrent with Superior Court sentence; escape, 30 days in jail, to run concurrent with Superior Court sentence.

Angie N. Wildhaber, 33, Rockland, theft, $100, suspended, probation for six months.

Shawn McCorrison, 18, Camden, speeding, $150.

Daniel R. Perron, 20, Camden, operating motor vehicle while under influence of intoxicating liquor, $350, three days in jail, license suspended 90 days; speeding, $150.

Robert B. Martin, 38, Lansing, Mich., operating motor vehicle while under influence of intoxicating liquor, $350, two days in jail, license suspended 90 days.

Lisa Marie Berger, 33, Rockland, operating motor vehicle while under influence of intoxicating liquor, $400, three days in jail, license suspended 90 days.

Matthew M. McDonald, 23, Rockland, disorderly conduct, $100.

Carl R. Moore III, 31, Dover, NH, obstructing public way, $100; disorderly conduct, $100.

ROCKLAND

The following cases were processed Thursday, Aug. 6, in 6th District Court:

Jason Long, 23, Rockland, disorderly conduct, 72 hours in jail.

Sherry L. Thurston, 22, Rockland, operating a motor vehicle after license suspension, $200.

John M. Evans, 26, West Rockport, operating a motor vehicle after license suspension, seven days in jail.

ROCKLAND

The following cases were processed Monday, Aug. 3, in Knox County Superior Court.

The probation of Foy B. Hildings, 24, of Vinalhaven was revoked and Hildings was ordered to serve 12 months of a previously suspended sentence. In July 1991, Hildings was convicted of arson and sentenced to two years in prison with all but 90 days suspended. Hildings was ordered to serve the additional sentence because of probation violation.

Angela C. Simmons, 22, Waldoboro, driving to endanger, $500, 30 days license suspension.

ROCKLAND

The following cases were processed Friday, Aug. 7, in Knox County Superior Court.

Christopher Parreault, 25, Rockland, aggravated assault, use of a knife against John McCoy, terrorizing with a dangerous weapon against Brenda Lewis, and burglary of dwelling of Katherine Sims, all Dec. 29, 1991, in Rockland, two years in jail with all but six months suspended.

Charles E. McAuliffe, 18, St. George, burglary, one year in jail, suspended; theft of kerosene from Russell Fish of Rockland, Feb. 26, six months in jail, suspended.

Sonia M. Greenrose, 25, West Rockport, unsafe motor vehicle, driving after license suspension, unregistered automobile, driving after revocation, 60 days in jail.

David M. Gray, 24, Camden, driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants, $500, 90 days in jail, with all but 12 days suspended, one-year license suspension; driving to endanger, dismissed.

Larry G. Delano, 34, Friendship, failure to give correct name, address, $75; fictitious inspection certificate, $75; illegal attachment of plates, $75.

Linwood T. Holmes, 44, Rockland, driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, $500, 40 days in jail, with all but seven days suspended, one-year license suspension; driving after suspension, $150.

Jerry P. Hensley, Jr., 21, Thomaston, assault, 15 days in jail.

Keith A. Gardner, 19, Union, three counts burglary, one year in jail with all but eight days suspended, restitution; three counts of theft, six months in jail, suspended.

Hugh Craney, 24, Lewiston, theft, 30 days in jail.

BELFAST

The following cases were decided in 5th District Court in Belfast during the week ending July 31:

Roy M. Holman Jr., 31, Belfast, fishing without license, $80.

Tony Tripp, 36, Frankfort, failure to tag fur, $50.

Orlando Cioffi, 29, Stockton Springs, operating after suspension, $100.

John E. Geagan, 43, Thorndike, operating unregistered motor boat, $50.

Edward R. Peaslee, 18, Whitefield, digging marine worms without license, $105.

Vaughn A. Hardesty Jr., 28, Gray, operating motorboat without flotation devices, $60.
