Luc Levesque, 20, St. Jacques, New Brunswick, operating a tractor-trailer at an age younger than 21, $100.

Hugh D. Makers, 47, St. Petersburg, Fla., loaded firearm in a motor vehicle or trailer, $100; carrying a concealed weapon, $100.

Thomas W. Melvin, 24, Monticello, assault, $100.

David A. Noyes, 16, Island Falls, operating an all-terrain vehicle to endanger, $150; operating an ATV on a public way, $100; illegal attachment of registration plates, $35.

Andrew M. Tidd, 18, Houlton, furnishing liquor to a minor, $250.

Douglas M. Wright, 41, Houlton, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, $400, five days in jail, license suspended 90 days.
