FORT KENT

The following cases were processed Wednesday, Sept. 9, in 1st District Court by Judge Ronald A. Daigle:

Herman Jalbert, 22, RR 1, Fort Kent, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, $300, license suspended for 90 days.

James O’Hagan, 70, Fort Kent, theft, transferred to superior court.

Justin C. Marquis, 20, St. John, displaying operator’s license that was not his own, dismissed; presenting false identification, $150.

Douglas Chasse, 21, 627 Dudley Ave., Norfolk, Va., operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, $300, license suspended for 90 days.

Florentino Lesaldo, 26, 342 Main St., Madawaska, violation of a protection of abuse order, $100.

Richard J. Ouellette, 52, 36 Market St., Fort Kent, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor and operating after suspension, transferred to superior court.

Jason Fortin, 20, Sinclair, speeding, 30-32 mph over speed limit, $250; failure to stop for an officer, $250.

William K. Partridge, 16, RFD 1, Allagash, operating an unregistered an all-terrain vehicle, $50; operating an all-terrain vehicle on a public way, two counts, $50 on one count, one count filed; operating an ATV without headgear, two counts, $50 on one count, one count filed.

Earl R. Peterson, 56, School Street, Stockholm, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, $300, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 90 days.

Donnie Deprey, no age, Hillside Street, Fort Kent, criminal mischief, $100, restitution of $25.

Jason J. Dube, 18, Eagle Lake, furnishing liquor to a minor, $200.

HOULTON

The following cases were processed during the weeks beginning Aug. 31 and Sept. 7, in 2nd District Court in Houlton. Only those cases with fines totaling $100 or more are listed.

Elden J. Bernard, 46, Perth-Andover, New Brunswick, operating after suspension of driver’s license, $100.

James E. Fewer, 39, Woodstock, New Brunswick, operating after suspension of driver’s license and failure to appear, $150.

Darrell R. Harris, 17, Monticello, failure to give notification of an accident by the quickest means, $250.

Thomas L. Richardson, 18, Houlton, illegal possession of liquor by a minor, $100.

The following people were charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor: Kenneth Tibbetts, 31, Houlton, $350, four days in jail, license suspended 90 days; Andrew S. Wilde, 19, Monticello, $300, license suspended 90 days; Francis E. Cortiss, 59, North Amity, $350, four days in jail, license suspended 90 days.

PRESQUE ISLE

The following cases were among those processed Tuesday, Sept. 8 and Wednesday, Sept. 9, in 1st District Court in Presque Isle by Judge David B. Griffiths:

Charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor were: Kirk A. Tompkins, 18, Fort Fairfield, 48 hours in jail, 90-day license suspension, $350; Dallas Reed, 20, Easton, 90-day license suspension, $350; Wilfred J. Sanipass, 60, Mapleton, seven days in jail, one-year license suspension, $500.

Charged with assault and fined $200 each were: Jeffrey Munson, 40, Presque Isle; Tecia R. Barrett, 21, Mapleton; and Ronald J. Simon, 19, Caribou.

Stacy R. Pelkey, 21, Presque Isle, furnishing liquor to a minor, $150; operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, 90-day license suspension, $350; operating a motor vehicle after license suspension, $200.

Long Brook Trucking Inc., Monticello, excessive vehicle weight, $350.

Matthew J. Lovely, 18, Presque Isle, operating a motor vehicle after driver’s license suspension, $200.

Ervin Suitter, 41, Houlton, operating without Maine state police operating authority, $100; operating commercial motor vehicle without a license, $100.

Matthew P. Walton, 20, Mapleton, possession of marijuana, $200; illegal possession of drug paraphernalia, $100.

Todd Colburn, 20, Raymond, criminal mischief, restitution of $23.49 to victim, $200.

Clifford Rossignol, 54, Presque Isle, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200.

James E. Hand, 19, Mapleton, unauthorized use of property, restitution of $120 to victim, $100.

Michael B. Cole, 17, Presque Isle, speeding, 10-day license suspension, $150.

Jason Theriault, 18, Washburn, illegal transportation of liquor by a minor, 21-day license suspension, $100.

Elvis Landry, no age given, Edmundston, New Brunswick, operating without medical certificate, $100.

Donald Chase, no age given, Presque Isle, allowing operation of defective motor vehicle, $50; failure to have adequate fire extinguisher, $50.

Gail Henderson, 21, Presque Isle, disorderly conduct, $100.

Belinda J. Ouellet, 23, Ashland, endangering welfare of child, 30 days in jail, suspended, one-year probation, 100 hours of public service work.

CARIBOU

The following cases were among those processed Sept. 4-11, in 1st District Court in Caribou by Judge Ronald Daigle:

Charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor were: Shawn A. Morris, 21, Loring Air Force Base, 90-day license suspension, $300; George J. Merriam, 23, Caribou, 48 hours in jail, 90-day license suspension, $300. Merriam also was charged with criminal trespass, 48 hours in jail. Jail sentences to be served concurrently.

Michael Hornick, 32, Winterport, criminal trespass, $500.

Larry J. Hazelwood, 35, Limestone, illegal possession of drug paraphernalia, $100; possession of marijuana, $200.

Matthew J. Murphy, 27, Quimby, failure to notify operator of unattended vehicle of collision, $300.

Jeremais J. Ramos, 25, Caribou, operating without a license, $200.

Mary Rhinebolt, 38, Washburn, criminal threatening, $200.

Matthew Drossner, 22, Loring Air Force Base, speeding, $150.
