BELGRADE — A man who was killed in a one-car crash was identified Friday as a 19-year-old Augusta resident.

State police said Stephen St. Amand was a passenger in the car when it skidded out of control and slammed sideways into a tree along the Knowles Road in Belgrade early Thursday evening.

Two other persons were injured in the crash.
