HOULTON — The Greater Houlton Chamber of Commerce, in conjunction with the Woodstock, New Brunswick, Chamber of Commerce, will hold an international dinner and meeting beginning at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 4, at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Woodstock.

The meeting will be the fourth held by the two chambers. The meetings are held to foster business contacts between members of the two groups. The theme of this year’s meeting is “Total Quality Management.”

Guest speakers will be Gordon Kerr, chairman of the New Brunswick-Maritime section of the American Society for Quality Control, and John Stass, president of Strategic Management Group Inc. of Lewiston, and past president of the Pine Tree State section of the ASQC.

The program also will include a presentation on a pilot total-quality community program being run by the Woodstock Chamber, discussion on the development of the Maine Quality Center which deals with customer satisfaction, and an update on the Margaret Chase Smith Maine State Quality Award.
