ROCKLAND

The following cases were disposed of in Knox County Superior Court on Thursday:

Alan H. Henderson, 49, Springfield, Mass., negotiating worthless instrument of $200 at Union Fair Aug. 21, 1991, sentenced to 2.5 years in prison.

Kenneth W. Leonard, 38, Warren, illegal possession of moose parts, $1,000, three days in jail.

Wayne A. Nelson, 35, Warren, operating motor vehicle while under influence of intoxicating liquor, $400, 90-day license suspension.

Larry A. Robbins, 37, Rockland, operating motor vehicle while under influence of intoxicating liquor, $500, 14 days in jail, one-year license suspension; failure to sign ticket, 48 hours in jail.

The following cases were decided in 6th District Court in Rockland during the period ending Nov. 25:

George D. Doak, 32, Rockland, criminal mischief, three days in jail.

Sidney R. Walsh, 38, Rockland, operating motor vehicle after license suspended, $150.

Patricia C. McLean, 33, Garrison, N.Y., operating motor vehicle without license, $100.

Douglas A. DeWalt, 24, Rockland, possession of marijuana, $200.

William L. Gamage, 26, Rockland, obstructing public way, $100.

Terri L. Sukeforth, 18, Rockland, operating motor vehicle while under influence of intoxicating liquor, $300; illegal transportation of liquor by minor, $50, license suspended 21 days.

Sheryl Rackliff, 27, Rockland, operating motor vehicle after license suspended, $150; operating unregistered motor vehicle, $75.

Douglas W. Thomas, 27, Thomaston, operating motor vehicle while under influence of intoxicating liquor, $450, two days in jail, license suspended 90 days; violation of learner’s permit, $60.

Gary S. Keating, 27, Rockland, operating motor vehicle without license, $100.

Arthur J. Alley Jr., 39, South Thomaston, scallop dragging before sunrise, $100.

Jeremy R. Alley, 21, South Thomaston, scallop dragging before sunrise, $100.

Douglas A. Leonard, 23, Spruce Head, scallop dragging before sunrise, $100.

Carleton C. Ingerson, 48, Union, possession of marijuana, $200.
