Tim McMahon, director of cardiopulmonary services at The Aroostook Medical Center, recently wrote an article for a reference book published by W.K. Kellogg Foundation. In the book titled “Healing Hands: Customizing Your Health Team for Institutional Survival,” McMahon discusses the practical approach to training and employing multi-skilled health professionals. McMahon has been department director since the beginning of his employment at TAMC in 1981.
