A 3-pointer by Ann Bernard and three-point play by Jenny Richards with 12 seconds to go in overtime erased a five-point lead by Brewer and gave the Caribou girls a 62-61 schoolgirl basketball win over the host Witches at Brewer Saturday.
Caribou intercepted a Brewer pass and dribbled out the clock to preserve the win.
For the 2-3 Vikings, Allison Plourde led the scoring with 16 points. Erin Cole-Karagory added 13 points.
Brynn Clough led the 2-4 Witches with 22 points and 12 rebounds. Chandra Blood scored 14 points and Amanda Sevigny had 10 points and 11 rebounds.

At Rockland, Sarah Foster hit the front end of a 1-and-1 and Susan Ware rebounded the missed shot and ran out the last six seconds of the game to preserve the narrow win for the host Tigers over John Bapst of Bangor.
For the 4-1 Tigers, Paula Reed scored 10 points and Tori Hall grabbed 13 rebounds.
Tracey Buswell scored 17 points and Kirstie Roy added 12 for the 4-3 John Bapst Crusaders.
