ORONO – University of Maine freshman forward Stephanie Guidi was named North Atlantic Conference Rookie of the Week it was announced on Monday. Guidi averaged 11.5 points during Maine’s last four games and tossed in 23 in a 73-72 loss against Valparaiso on Sunday afternoon.

Guidi averaged 11.5 points during Maine’s last four games and tossed in 23 in a 73-72 loss against Valparaiso on Sunday afternoon.
She was also named to the all-tournament team at the highly competitive Bell Atlantic Holiday Classic at Rutgers University.
Jen Niebling of Vermont was named NAC Player of the Week, it was also announced.
