CAMDEN — The Ragged Mountain Ski Club has additional funds available for skiers who need financial assistance to enroll in the winter race program organized by the Ragged Mountain Ski School at the Snow Bowl.

Coaches John Lippman and Christ Christie or ski school Assistant Director Atje VanBemmelen will assess the skiing level of any young athlete interested in the program to determine if he or she has the necessary skills for specialized training in ski racing.

The training program began Jan. 5 and will run to Feb. 13. Contact the Snow Bowl for scholarship application forms, which should be sent to the Club’s Scholarship Committee at P.O. Box 698, Camden 04843.
