Aaron Weed’s 23 points led five scorers in double figures as the Eastern Maine Technical College defeated Washington County Tech 91-66 in men’s college basketball action at Johnston Gym in Bangor on Monday night.

Shawn Alley also had 21 points while Jim Brichetto had 13 points. Bob Duffy and Skip Ryder had 10 points each for the 8-5 winners. Weed had 10 rebounds.

For Washington County, 4-8, Corey McIver tossed in 29 points and grabbed 14 rebounds while Jake McFarland had 21 points. Mark O’Neal contributed 13 points and eight assists.
