Outlook: For the first time in three games and for the second time all season, the nationally ranked Braves (sixth in the NAIA Div. II ranks) will face a another nationally ranked team in STAC (17th). Coach Mike McManus’ Spartans have a four-game winning streak in which they have outscored their opponents by an average of 43.3 points. Husson, meanwhile, is riding its 17-game win streak. Mazerall is coming off a 27-point performance against UMF. STAC will have to handle Husson’s pressure defense and avoid turnovers at all cost.
