Dewayne McAlpine, 39, Concord, N.H., operating after suspension, $200.

Tammy L. Newell, 20, Princeton, operating after suspension, $200.

Curtis K. Perry, 29, Perry, obstructing government administration, 72 hours in jail; assault, 72 hours in jail, concurrent with above sentence.

Scott T. Campbell, 26, Baileyville, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, license suspended for 90 days, $350; possession of marijuana, $200.

Mitchell H. McConnell, 30, Lubec, failure to stand by for Marine Patrol officer, $200.

Joseph J. Fischer, 19, Princeton, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $100.

Brandon J. Dupuis, 21, Calais, public indecency, $75.

Teresa L. Mitchell, 31, Bar Harbor, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, 48 hours in jail, credit for 12 hours time served, license suspended for 90 days, $350; illegal possession of drug paraphernalia, $50; possession of marijuana, $200.

Daniel J. Williams 24, Princeton, criminal trespass, $100.

Byron E. Deane, 26, Baileyville, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 90 days, $350.

Noah Tapley, 19, Calais, disorderly conduct, $100.

Richard Bartlett, 35, Calais, assault, 20 days in jail, consecutive with earlier sentence.

Paul E. Arseneau, 23, Eastport, furnishing liquor to a minor, $100.

Donald Newman, 16, Baileyville, failure to stop for officer, not guilty.

Wayne R. Hastey, 21, St. Stephen, New Brunswick, failure to stop for officer, 48 hours in jail, $350.
