SKOWHEGAN — Hospice of Somerset County will hold a hospice-volunteer training course in the Madison area beginning mid-April.

The course will train individuals to work with terminally ill individuals and their families through the Hospice Volunteer Program. The course is 10 weeks long and will be held at Maplecrest Living Center.

All potential hospice volunteers must be interviewed prior to taking the class. Class space is limited. To schedule an interview, call Julie Frost Pettingill at 474-7224.
