DOVER-FOXCROFT — Cases disposed of recently in 13th District Court included the following:

Richard A. Royal, 19, Brownville, assault, $100.

Steven O. Dumont, 31, Hartland, habitual offender, three years in jail, all but nine months suspended, and probation for two years; and ancillary habitual offender, three years in jail, suspended all but nine months, and probation for two years.

Jolene Shaw, 31, Greenville, theft by unauthorized taking, $150.

Cases involving the operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor were as follows: John Cobb, 29, Athens, $400, 48 hours in jail and license suspended for 90 days; Mark A. Goulette, 21, Guilford, $350, 48 hours in jail and license suspended for 90 days; Clarence S. Buzzell, 25, Dover-Foxcroft, $500, seven days in jail and license suspended for 90 days, and Steven O. Dumont, 31, Hartland, $750, eight months in jail and license suspended for 90 days.

Mark A. Goulette, 21, Guilford, illegal transportation of liquor by a minor, license suspended for 20 days.

Everett Pearl, 19, Brownville, unauthorized use of property, six months in jail.

Bruce Dinkins, 37, Bangor, violation of conditions of release, four months in jail.
