CASTINE — The 22nd annual Camp Touchdown, a weeklong football camp at Maine Maritime Academy, is scheduled for June 27 through July 2.
Camp Touchdown introduces young athletes ages 8-18 to a variety of high school and college football coaches who emphasize individual skills, team coordination, and play development.
The program includes on-field exposure, lectures, clinics in proper weight training and conditioning techniques, nutrition, and college night. It also features full equipment and contact.
Those attending the camp will have access to the academy’s athletic, recreational and educational facilities. For more information, call 326-2451.
