Esquire Sportsman has named Vintage Maine Cutters as one of its five “Brilliant Destinations” in its latest issue. The Senta and the Christmas sail out of Penobscot Bay and are available for rental by the week to one or two couples or a family.

The Senta, a 1937 53-foot cutter, was rebuilt in 1991 with Douglas fir over white oak. For more, call 326-4135.

The Christmas was built in 1931 and is a 45-foot double ended cutter. For more, call 326-9729.
