DOVER-FOXCROFT — Volunteers are needed to help staff the gift cabinet at Mayo Regional Hospital.

Ruth Frazier, volunteer director, said people are needed for a few hours each week to serve in this area. Vacancies exist from 9 a.m. to noon and from noon to 3 p.m. on Monday and Friday.

A variety of other volunteer opportunities exist at the hospital, according to Frazier. Anyone interested in becoming a volunteer may call her at 564-8401, Ext. 307.

Currently, a group of about 60 volunteers contribute nearly 10,000 hours a year to the hospital.
