This is a request for all pet owners to consider.

In April the family went to Florida for two weeks so we had to find a kennel for our 6-month-old pup. We took one day and went to check out different kennels as we had not used one in years.

After looking over six kennels we thought we had picked the best considering cleanliness, heated cement floor, and the help’s personality.

When we picked up our pup he was dirty, had lost 4 pounds, half his toys were missing, but the major thing was he was ugly. In our opinion, he had been beaten.

Please, if you are taking your pet to a new kennel to the area ask for references and call the people to make sure they were happy. That way you will pick up a clean and happy pet. Betty Merry-Carter Bangor
