The Bangor Noon Kiwanis will sponsor the Bangor Vacation and Travel Show on Sept. 24 and 25 at the Bangor Civic Center.

Travel agencies and related businesses will provide information on destinations near and far. Seminars will cover topics related to travel from health tips to how to pack your suitcase.

A grand prize vacation for two in Cancun, Mexico, with travel arranged by GWV International, a $1,200 gift certificate, and round-trip to Boston for two on Concord Trailways will be given away.

Participants include AAA Travel, Alamo Rent-A-Car, Concord Trailways, Cruise One, Cyr Northstar Tours, City of Moncton Tourism, Day’s Travel, Executive Travel, GWV International, Hewin’s Travel, Sheraton Tara Hotel, White Mountain Tourism and White Mountains Recreation.

Admission is $2 at the door. The show will be open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Proceeds benefit Kiwanis Children’s Charities.
