CARIBOU — The following cases were among those processed Sept. 10-27 by Ronald A. Daigle in 1st District Court in Caribou:

Mark Lagasse, 35, Caribou, unlawful sexual contact, 10 days in jail.

Beecher J. Edgecomb, 17, Caribou, driving to endanger, $300, 60-day license suspension.

Charles R. Hash, 27, Caribou, acquiring drugs by deception, $100.

Lois Wallace, 50, Caribou, theft of services, $100.

C.H. Norris Co., Medway, operating vehicle exceeding registered gross weight, $218.

Robert A. Laws, 36, Scarborough, Ontario, unlawful possession of Schedule W, X, Y and Z drugs, $200.

Jason J. Michaud, 18, Caribou, illegal possession of drug paraphernalia, $100.

Bruce Boone, 17, Perth-Andover, New Brunswick, littering from vehicle, $100.

Charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer were: Michael L. Bourgoine Jr. 18, Somersworth, N.H., seven days in jail; and Jonas M. Stoffers, 19, Eagle Lake, $100.

Charged with assault were: Clarence Wortman, 18, Caribou, $100; April A. Dionne, 26, Caribou, $100; Philip D. Green, 40, Caribou, $200; and Jeffrey C. Hamlin, 24, Limestone, $100.

Charged with operating a motor vehicle while under influence of intoxicating liquor were: Gregory C. Adams, 32, Caribou, $500, seven days in jail, one-year license supsension; Jimmy D. Langwell, 52, San Antonio, Texas, $300, 48 hours in jail, 90-day license suspension; and Kenneth Pelletier, 37, Caribou, $300, 48 hours in jail, 90-day license suspension.

Charged with operating a motor vehicle after license suspension were: Douglas M. Jencks, 22, Washburn and Caribou, two counts, $100 and $200; Gary Gagnon, 24, Caribou, $200; Elliott Hancock, 51, Halifax, Nova Scotia, $100, $50 suspended; Daniel Ouellette, 20, Stockholm, $200; and Harriet E. Simpson, 31, Fort Fairfield, five days in jail.
