Edward J. Peaslee, 23, Campobello Island, New Brunswick, disorderly conduct, 30 days in jail, suspended, one year probation with condition of mandatory substance abuse evaluation, with substance abuse counseling, if warranted.

Gregory J. Antil, 27, Machias, driving to endanger, $150, license suspended 30 days.

Seth D. Willard, 20, East Machias, assault, $100.

James R. Hanscom, 20, Machias, illegal possession of liquor by minor, $100.

Vincent E. Demambro, 20, Wellesley, Md., illegal transportation of liquor by minor, license suspended 20 days.

Rosalie Hess, 31, Addison, leaving scene of accident involving damage to property, $100; failure to give notice of accident by quickest means available, $25.

Trenessa A. Knoble, 20, East Machias, display and possession of another person’s identification card, $100.

Toby S. Crowley, 19, Jonesport, possession and presenting false identification, $100.

Peter J. Grange, 22, Machias, leaving scene of accident involving damage to property, $50; failure to give notice of accident by quickest means available, $100.

Kevin Lank, 22, Welshpool, Campobello Island, New Brunswick, possession of marijuana, $200; disorderly conduct, $100.
