Laura M. Bates, 34, Hancock, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, $300, three days in jail, license suspended for 90 days.

Ingrid A. Benway, 29, Bucksport, operating a motor vehicle after license suspension, $100.

Robert E. Betts Jr., 37, Deer Isle, digging undersized clams, $125.

Mattias N. Brecher, 19, Bar Harbor, illegal possession of liquor by a minor, $100.

Robert A. Card, 37, Blue Hill, operating a motor vehicle after license suspension, $100.

Dean R. Curtis, 37, Brooksville, assault and violation of a bail condition, cases continued Dec. 9 for sentencing.

Michael J. Darragh, 21, Penobscot, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, $750, 30 days in jail, license suspended for two years.

Lance S. Days, 22, Ellsworth, operating a motor vehicle after license suspension, $250.

Luc Desautels, 36, Granby, Quebec, speeding, $150.
