Edward E. (Ed) Winchester, former general manager of the Maine Public Broadcasting Network, will be one of six New England television professionals honored by the Boston/New England Chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences for his contribution to the television over the past 25 years.

Winchester will be inducted into the Boston/New England chapter’s first annual Silver Circle on Dec. 1 in Waltham, Mass.
