As a physical therapist I am constantly amazed by the courage and determination shown by my clients as they work to overcome the effects of illness or injury. Yet despite their best efforts many people will never walk as well as you and I. Therefore, I am dismayed when I see able-bodied people stealing parking places clearly marked for use by people with mobility problems.
The next time you are tempted to take one of these parking spaces, park somewhere else, walk a little farther, and be thankful that you can. Daniel Salisbury Madison
