EAST MACHIAS — The Washington Academy boys varsity basketball team’s annual bottle drive will be held 8 a.m.-noon Saturday, Jan. 1, to raise funds for the purchase of new practice uniforms.

The drive will cover all towns in the school’s service area.

Anyone interested in donating bottles should call Coach Buddy Wood at 255-8200.
