DOVER-FOXCROFT — The University of Maine Cooperative Extension will offer a series on “Eating the Right Weigh” from 1 to 3 p.m. Wednesdays, Jan. 26, Feb. 2, 9 and 16, at the Extension office in Dover-Foxcroft.

The series is designed to help individuals make healthful eating choices. Topics will include basic nutrition concepts, the food pyramid, new food labeling and healthful food choices and preparation.

Preregistration is required and enrollment is limited to 25. To register, or for more information, call 564-3301 or 1-800-287-1491 by Jan. 14.
