HEIDI BARTLEY of Easton has been appointed to the position of mortgage loan originator at First Citizens Bank in Presque Isle. She will be responsible for the bank’s secondary market residential mortgage portfolio. Bartley has five years of banking experience and has been with First Citizens since 1992.

Farm Credit of Aroostook has named JAMES D. PARK association appraiser. Park will be responsible for the organization’s appraisals in all of Aroostook and northern Penobscot counties. Park earned a bachelor’s degree at the University of Maine in agricultural mechanization. He has been with Farm Credit for six years.

RICHARD STONE, president of Standard Electric Co. of Bangor, has been elected to the board of directors of Casco Northern Bank. A member of the Bangor City Council and the Bangor Rotary Club, Stone also is on the board of directors of the YMCA and was 1992 chairman of the American Heart Walkathon.

R. PAUL PASQUINE has joined United Bank of Bangor as a senior vice president and senior trust officer. Pasquine is a graduate of Merrimack College and the American Bankers Association National Trust School. He was previously employed by Fleet Bank and most recently by Union Trust Co. of Ellsworth. He lives in Bangor.

Bangor Savings Bank has announced that DAVID PERKINS has been named vice president. Perkins joined the bank in 1984 following his graduation from Husson College. He has managed the bank’s branches in Dover-Foxcroft and Greenville. Perkins received certification from the Maine-New Hampshire-Vermont School of Banking.

NEIL K. ASHTON has joined Union Trust Co. of Ellsworth as senior vice president and senior trust officer. Ashton will oversee the bank’s Trust Services Department. A 20-year veteran of the banking industry, Ashton previously worked for Mechanics Bank of Worcester, Mass.
