DOVER-FOXCROFT — Three Bangor area men indicted for unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs for growing marijuana in the Lakeview area last fall were sentenced Monday in 13th District Court.
Dale Braley, 39, of Bangor, Arnold Townsend, 30, of Hudson and Hayward Brawn, 35, of Stetson pleaded guilty to the offenses. Each was sentenced to 14 months in jail with all but 30 days suspended and were placed on probation for one year.
A fourth man indicted in the incident, Mark Braley, 43, of Bangor, pleaded not guilty and his case was continued.
