ELLSWORTH – Adam Bien scored with four seconds remaining here Monday night, lifting host Temple Christian Academy to a 50-48 schoolboy basketball victory over Deer Isle-Stonington.

Bien finished with a game-high 21 points for the Seahawks, while Scott Blackstone tossed in 15 points.

Shaun Webb scored 15 points and Ryan Jones had 10 for the Mariners.

At Thorndike, Drew O’Connor scored 15 points and Chris Kenyon tossed in 14 more as Stearns of Millinocket earned its ninth win.

Ryan Reeves and Eric McAvoy contributed 12 and 10 points, respectively, for the Minutemen.

Shawn Weed sparked Mount View with 13 points.
