CARIBOU — The following people were sentenced Jan. 31 in Aroostook County Superior Court by Justice Paul T. Pierson:

Frank Corbin, 46, Van Buren, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, four months in jail; tampering with a witness, three years in jail, all but six months suspended, two years probation, $1,000.

Steven A. Shola, 23, Caribou, two charges of theft, 30 days in jail on each charge, a third charge of theft, 60 days in jail; burglary, two years in jail, all but 120 days suspended, two years probation; receiving stolen property, 30 days; negotiating a worthless instrument, 30 days in jail.

Christopher Crawford, 23, Mars Hill, habitual motor vehicle offender, 30 days in jail, $500. Sentence a joint recommendation by state and defense attorneys.

Venance R. Madore, 25, Caribou, theft, nine months in jail.

Robert J. Lutz, 51, Westfield, assault, 364 days in jail, all but five months suspended, one year of probation; public indecency, six months in jail, suspended, one year of probation.

Troy Dahlgren, 28, Presque Isle, habitual motor vehicle offender, 30 days in jail; closed season violation on deer, 30 days in jail, $1,000; theft, nine months in jail, all but 30 days suspended.

Calvin E. Tomer, 27, Indian Island, terrorizing, nine months in jail, all but seven days suspended, credit for time served, one year of probation. Sentence a joint recommendation.
