The following court cases were heard recently in Penobscot County Superior Court, Bangor:

Timothy McLaughlin, 36, Bangor, kidnapping, all but one month suspended from 30-month jail sentence, three years probation, $25 to victims compensation fund.

Robert D. Dellairo, 44, Coldspring, N.Y., operating motor vehicle after license revocation, $10 to victims compensation fund, $750.

Frank E. Holmbom, 29, Bangor, operating motor vehicle after license revocation, six months in jail with credit for time served, $25 to victims compensation fund.

Dale Holmes, 27, Costigan, four counts of aggravated forgery, all but 30 days suspended from 18-month jail sentence, two years probation, restitution of not more than $1,188.

Robert Voisine, 33, Bangor, assault, all but 60 days suspended from 11-month jail sentence, $10 to victims compensation fund.

Sheldon Hathorne Jr., 26, Bangor, one count of criminal trespassing, two counts of violation of protection from abuse order, one count of violation of condition of release, two counts of assault, one count of violation of protection order, one count of terrorizing, all but 90 days suspended from 364-day jail sentence, one year probation, $70 to victims compensation fund.
