If the Maine Clean Indoor Act is supposed to prohibit smoking in all public buildings, why does it not include restaurants? There is no building more public than a restaurant and I know of a few that do not have a no-smoking room.
I would hope the people behind this Clean Indoor Act would have someone checking on restaurants.
I have had two heart attacks and am not supposed to be subjected to all this smoke. Olive Tourtelotte Northeast Harbor
