On behalf of the Bangor Water District, I wish to thank the more than 750 people and the media who joined us on Feb. 16 for our first “winter tour” of Thomas Hill Standpipe. The view from the promenade deck with the leaves off the trees was apparently worth braving the cold temperatures.
