MADAWASKA — John Capanos, developer of the Aroostook Centre Mall and the proposed developer of a four-season family resort at Loring Air Force Base, will be the speaker at the Thursday, March 17, Madawaska Chamber of Commerce Eggs and Issues Breakfast.
Capanos will discuss his multimillion dollar proposal for the base, which is closing this year. Open to the public, the breakfast will be at the Gateway Motel at 7:30 a.m. Reservations may be made by calling the Chamber of Commerce at 728-7000.
