Sentencing set in Mobil break-in

DOVER-FOXCROFT — A third individual charged with theft and burglary in connection with a break-in at Robinson’s Mobil in Sangerville earlier this winter will be sentenced Monday, March 21, in 13th District Court.

Christopher Grant, 19, of Dover-Foxcroft pleaded guilty to one count each of theft and burglary on Monday.

Also charged in the break-in and sentenced earlier were Christopher Curtis, 33, of Dover-Foxcroft, who was sentenced to 18 months in jail on one count each of theft and burglary. He also was ordered to pay restitution of $5,000.

Floyd Kimbrel, 19, of Bangor was sentenced to 18 months in jail with all but 90 days suspended. He was placed on probation for two years and was ordered to pay restitution of up to $1,000.

A warrant was issued for the arrest of Geoffrey Motil, 19, of Bangor, who also was charged with burglary and theft in connection with the break-in.
