DOVER-FOXCROFT — Mountain’s Market, a Dover-Foxcroft convenience store, recently was fined $250 for endangering the welfare of a child.
The charge stemmed from the sale of ammunition to young children.
Other cases disposed of in 13th District Court recently were as follows:
James Simmons, no age given, Waldoboro, illegal possession of liquor by a minor, $100.
Edward J. Tourigny, 20, Cambridge, three counts of assault, $200 each count.
Arthur F. Burgess, 26, Monson, sexual abuse of minors, $250 and 30 days in jail with all but seven days suspended.
Randy Bourgoin Jr., 57, Millinocket, failure to obtain or display fuel use decal, $250.
Paul E. McClary, 27, Milo, littering, $100.
Keith A. Lyford, no age provided, Milo, dog wounding or killing deer or moose, $600.
Michael Schultz, 46, Dover-Foxcroft, two counts of negotiating a worthless instrument, $150 each count.
Brian L. Underhill, 24, Union, loaded firearm in a motor vehicle, $100.

Cases involving operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor were as follows: Richard J. Newbury II, 28, Levant, $500, seven days in jail and license suspended for 90 days; Jeffrey L. Chilton, 30, Dover-Foxcroft, $450, 48 hours in jail and license suspended for 90 days; Barbara A. Reardon, 35, Guilford, $350, 48 hours in jail and license suspended for 90 days;
Diane L. Bishop, 37, Manchester, N.H., three counts of negotiating a worthless instrument, $250 each count.
Frederick Souza, 53, Sangerville, assault, $150.
Bruce E. Stone, 46, Dexter, night hunting, $1,000 and three days in jail.
Duane T. Yankowsky, 26, Frenchville, leaving scene of property damage accident, $100.
Meredith L. White, 42, Sangerville, assault, 45 days in jail, suspended and placed on probation for one year; criminal mischief, 45 days in jail, suspended and placed on probation for one year, and assault, 48 hours in jail, probation for one year and restitution of $359 to the Piscataquis County Sheriff’s Department.
