CARIBOU — The following cases were processed March 14-25 in 1st District Court:

Clarence C. Wortman, 19, Caribou, possession of marijuana, $200; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, two days in jail; forgery, 120 days in jail, all but two days suspended, probation for one year.

Fernand Pelletier, 41, Van Buren, possession of marijuana, $200.

Anthony H. Thompson, 39, Caribou, possession of marijuana, $200; driving to endanger, 120 days in jail, all but seven days suspended, one year of probation, 60-day license suspension.

Richard Bouchard, 26, Caribou, reckless conduct, $750, seven days in jail.

Tyler Doody, 17, Caribou, operating a snowmobile on a public way, $100; operating an unregistered snowmobile or failure to display registration, $100; failure to stop for an officer, five days in jail.

David R. Doucette, 34, Caribou, criminal trespass, $100.

Jeffrey L. Farley, 35, Caribou, littering, $100.

Brett E. Lovley, 35, Mapleton, negotiating a worthless instrument, $150.

Charlene M. Nadeau, 40, Caribou, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $100.

Charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor: Rodney L. Bennett, 23, Washburn, $300, 90-day license suspension; Daniel L. Theriault, 31, Caribou, $300, 48 hours in jail, 90-day license suspension.

Charged with operating a motor vehicle after license suspension: Maureen Hanley, 32, Fort Fairfield, $150; Travis J. LaPointe, 20, Caribou, $500; John J. Whitmore, 30, Caribou, seven days in jail.
