DEXTER — The home economics class at Dexter Regional High School will offer a nursery school for SAD 46 preschoolers again this year.

The Happy Times Nursery School is a learning laboratory for parenting and home economics classes at the high school. The nursery school will be held from 9:45 a.m. to 11:10 a.m. Monday, May 9, until Tuesday, June 7. The days of the week will vary because of the high school schedule.

Child care classes are studying ages and stages of development, safety and children, positive parenting techniques and play theory in preparation for nursery school. High school students will be preparing activities for the children under the direction of Kathleen Jablonski, home economics teacher.

Preschoolers should be 4 years old by Oct. 1, 1994. There is no charge for the program. Children who are not 4 by Oct. 1, will be accepted if space is available. Applications must by received by Monday, May 9. To receive an application, contact the high school at 924-5536 or write to Happy Times Nursery School, c/o K. Jablonski, Dexter Regional High School, Dexter. Applications are accepted on a first come, first serve basis.
