Operating motor vehicle while under influence of intoxicating liquor, 90-day license suspension: Maurice J. Darrah, 45, Juniper, New Brunswick, three days in jail, $400; and Patrick M. Cole, 19, Houlton, 48 hours in jail, $350. Cole was also charged with operating without a license, $100.

Illegal possession of liquor by a minor, $100: Stacy L. Richards, 19, Oakfield; and Barrett J. Westerdahl, 18, Monticello.

Ralph W. Saunders, 18, Houlton, operating motor vehicle while under influence of intoxicating liquor, $350; and illegal attachment of plates, $200.

Jammie P. McNiche, 21, Monticello, furnishing liquor to a minor, $250.

Daniel W. Sanders, 27, Oakfield, violation of protection-from-abuse order, $150.

Wade Whittaker, 22, Presque Isle, sexual abuse of a minor, 60 days in jail, suspended, one year probation; endangering welfare of a child, 60 days in jail, suspended.

Gary Michaud, 22, Madawaska, unlawful furnishing of scheduled drugs, 11 months in jail, all but 30 days suspended, two years probation, $500.

Glenn S. LaValle, 20, Caribou, two counts unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs; firtst count, two years in jall, all but 35 days suspended, three-year probation, $1,000; second count, 35 days in jail.
